What a junk removal receipt is for
Estate executors, property managers and landlords need receipts for every cleanout, for estate accounts, owner statements and deposit deductions. A receipt naming the address, the volume removed and the date is what their records require. Executors in particular may need to show every expense to the court or the heirs.
What to put on a junk removal receipt
- Address and date.
- Volume and items removed.
- Amount and payment method.
- Who paid: executor, manager or owner.
