What a junk removal invoice is for
Junk removal gets paid on the spot, and the invoice has to show why the price is what it is: how full the truck is, which items carried fees, and any extras like stairs or heavy debris. Customers who see the volume and the item list pay without debate.
What to put on a junk removal invoice
- The truck volume loaded.
- Items with disposal fees.
- Heavy material or access surcharges.
- Donated items, if any.
- Payment terms.
A worked example
The garage loaded out at about half a truck as estimated, plus the mattress and freezer.
| Line | Qty | Unit | Price | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Junk removal, 1/2 truck * | 1 | each | $300.00 | $300.00 |
| Mattresses or box springs * | 1 | each | $113.00 | $113.00 |
| Freezer, refrigerant recovery | 1 | each | Your price |
Note donated items in the notes. Customers like knowing their old dresser went to a charity and not a landfill.
