What messages are sent

Koira sends text messages in two ways.

To customers of a contractor, on that contractor's behalf: replies to missed calls, appointment times, estimates and follow-ups, invoices and payment links, receipts and review requests.
To Koira account holders: a daily summary of what needs attention, alerts, and replies to commands sent to Koira.

Consent

You receive messages because you called or texted a business that uses Koira, asked for an estimate or booking, or opened a Koira account and gave your number. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.

How often

Message frequency varies with your activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one message confirming it. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
