What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of the Koira product: the app at ops.koira.ai, the sites Koira builds for your business, and the messages, calls, estimates, invoices and mail Koira sends on your behalf. By opening an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you give Koira about your business, including your services, prices, hours and service area, and for keeping your login secure. You must be authorized to act for the business you sign up.
What Koira does for you
Koira acts from a fixed set of rules using the information in your account. On Standard, Koira drafts and you approve. On Turbo, Koira sends on your behalf inside the caps, quiet hours and consent settings on your account. You can switch between them at any time.
Messages and consent
You agree to contact only people who have given the consent the law requires, and to honor opt-outs. Koira records consent and stops messaging anyone who replies STOP. See the SMS terms.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. Usage on the Grow plan is billed at cost in arrears. Postcards are billed per card. You can change or cancel your plan at any time and the change applies from the next billing period.
Payments you collect
Card payments from your customers are handled by our payment processor and are subject to its terms. Financing offered on the pay page is provided by third-party lenders, who make their own decisions.
Your data
Your business information and your customer records belong to you. You give Koira permission to use them to provide the service. You can export them or ask us to delete your account. See the Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Koira to send unlawful, misleading or harassing messages, to contact people without consent, or to misrepresent your business.
Changes and ending
We may update the service and these terms, and will tell you about changes that matter. Either of us can end the agreement at any time. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of the paid period.
Liability
Koira is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Koira is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
