An app slot is one active app running in your KOIRA dashboard. Each installed app uses one slot. Free plan: 1 app. Starter: 5. Pro: 10. Scale: unlimited.
What are automated actions?
Scale-only. Lets specific apps publish or send without going through your approval queue. Everything else still requires approval — you control which apps run autonomously.
What does the scheduling window affect?
How far in advance you can schedule app outputs. Free: 1 week. Starter + Pro: 2 weeks. Scale: 1 full month. Useful for campaigns, content calendars, and batch scheduling.
What's the difference between cron and instant webhooks?
Cron runs your apps on a schedule (every 15 minutes on Free/Starter, every 5 on Pro). Instant webhooks (Scale only) mean your apps react the moment something happens — a new review, a new order, a form submission — with no polling delay.
Can I cancel anytime?
