What a pressure washing service agreement is for
Restaurants, gas stations and shopping centers need flatwork cleaned on a schedule, and many homeowners want the house washed every spring. A service agreement turns those into steady route work. It should list the surfaces, the frequency and how weather delays are handled. It also lets you plan the route a month ahead.
What to put on a pressure washing service agreement
- Surfaces covered and frequency.
- Visit timing, such as after hours for businesses.
- Weather and access rules.
- Price per visit and billing.
- Renewal and cancellation.
A worked example
A restaurant wants the front walk, drive-thru lane and dumpster pad cleaned monthly after closing.
| Line | Qty | Unit | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Front walk and entry, monthly | 12 | visit | Your price |
| Drive-thru lane, monthly | 12 | visit | Your price |
| Dumpster pad degrease, monthly | 12 | visit | Your price |
Note any wastewater rules for the site; some cities require capturing runoff from commercial washing. This is a template, not legal advice, so check your state's rules and local requirements.
