What a water treatment service agreement is for

Softeners, filters and RO units all need regular attention, and owners forget until the water tastes off or turns hard again. A plan that bills on its own and books filter changes, salt and a yearly test keeps the system working and keeps the customer yours for the life of the equipment.

What to put on a water treatment service agreement

  • Systems covered.
  • Filter change schedule.
  • Salt delivery, if included.
  • Yearly water test.
  • Repairs quoted separately.
  • Price, billing and cancellation.

A worked example
