What a duct cleaning service agreement is for

Dryer vents fill with lint every year whether anyone remembers or not. Landlords with many units and homeowners with long vent runs like a plan that books and bills the visit on its own. It turns one-time customers into a route you can plan around.

What to put on a duct cleaning service agreement

  • Units or homes covered.
  • Yearly dryer vent cleaning.
  • Duct inspection with photos on a cycle.
  • Priority booking.
  • Repairs quoted separately.
  • Price, billing and cancellation.

A worked example
