Duct cleaning buyers have seen the coupon offers and do not trust them. It is the opposite of a bait price, and it sets up the add-ons honestly instead of upselling at the door.

- Warranty. You stand behind the cleaning of what you could reach, shown in the photos. Duct damage that was there before, and parts of the system not accessible, are left out.
- Photos before and after are part of every cleaning.
- Mold claims are shown to the owner, not just described.
- Gas dryers are reconnected and checked for leaks before you leave.
