What soft washing means
Soft washing cleans roofs, siding and other delicate surfaces with low pressure and a cleaning solution, usually diluted sodium hypochlorite, instead of high pressure water.
Where it matters on a pressure washing job
Roofs and vinyl siding get damaged by high pressure, so soft washing is the right method. Pre wet plants and rinse them after, and get the mix ratio right.
What it costs
Koira's roof cleaning cost guide puts a typical job at $610, with most between $300 to $700. The guide shows its sources and what moves the price. The soft wash mix calculator prices a job line by line.
