What a hood cleaning proposal is for

Restaurant owners budget by the year, and they want one less thing to remember. Three options for the same kitchen show the difference between calling you each time, a yearly plan on the code schedule, and a plan that also swaps filters and keeps the fan maintained. Most of the value is in the plan.

What to put on a hood cleaning proposal

  • The same system in each option.
  • Visits a year for the cooking type.
  • Filter exchange and fan care where offered.
  • Billing for each option.
  • One acceptance line.

A worked example

The same 12 foot hood, duct and fan, cleaned every three months. Lines are yours to price.

  • Frequency follows the local fire code for the kitchen's type of cooking.

  4. Set tax, the deposit and the good-until date.

FAQ

What hood cleaning options should I offer?

Per visit, a yearly plan at the code schedule, and a plan with filter exchange and fan care. Keep the kitchen the same in all three.

Why sell hood cleaning as a yearly plan?

Owners budget by the year and want the schedule handled. A plan keeps them on the code frequency without having to call.

Is a fan hinge kit worth offering?

Yes, wherever the roof fan cannot tilt. A hinge kit makes every future cleaning of the fan and duct top safer and more complete.

Can a restaurant accept a plan online?

Yes. From the Koira proposal link they choose a plan and sign, and on Front Office the plan bills and books the cleanings.
