- A page for every customer with visits, estimates and invoices, every call and text in one place, and follow-ups on open estimates matter most.
- Koira covers it with no per-person fee: customer page or portal (Office (free)); automatic estimate follow-ups (Grow, on day two and day four, then it stops); two-way texting (Office (an inbox you answer), Grow (text-back on a Koira number)).
- Prices and card rates for JobNimbus, JobTread, Markate are from each company's own pages.
What contractor crm does
A CRM is the record of every customer: who they are, what you quoted, what they paid, and when to talk to them next. In a sales team it is a pipeline. In an owner-run trade business it is mostly memory you no longer have to keep.
The useful part is what the CRM does with that record: follows up on the estimate, reminds the customer before the visit, brings them back when the season turns, and asks for the review after they pay.
What to look for
- A page for every customer with visits, estimates and invoices
- Every call and text in one place
- Follow-ups on open estimates
- Reminders before visits
- Seasonal reminders to past customers
- Review asks after paid jobs
- Referral asks from happy customers
- Nothing for the customer to download
How Koira does it
In Koira every customer has a page, on every plan including the free one: the visit, the estimate to sign, the invoice to pay, the receipt and a way to book again, all from one link in every text, with no app or password. You see the same history from your side, and text Koira "who owes me" to get the answer in a line.
Grow, $249 a month plus usage at cost, puts the CRM to work: calls answered on a Koira number, missed calls texted back, open estimates nudged on day two and day four, and past customers texted and emailed when the season turns, with one tap to book. Review asks go out after every paid job on every plan.

How to choose
If you have salespeople working leads through stages, a pipeline CRM fits. If you are the salesperson, the CRM that sends the follow-ups and reminders for you saves more than one you have to update.
Koira's plans and prices are on one page, and Office is free with no time limit.
