What a house cleaning price list is for
Cleaning clients shop by price, often by texting three cleaners at once, and a clear list answers the question before the call. It also anchors add-ons, so the oven and fridge do not become free extras. Price by home size, since that is what clients know about their own home.
What to put on a house cleaning price list
- Standard, deep and move-in or move-out cleans by home size.
- Add-ons with their own prices.
- Recurring discounts, if any.
- Cancellation and lockout fees.
- Service area and the date prices start.
