Office. The basics, yours to run. A site that books jobs, estimates, invoices and your day.

  • Website on a Koira address
  • Estimates with signing and deposits
  • Invoices and card payments
  • Jobs and your day plan
  • Customer portal
  • Convos as an inbox you answer yourself

Grow. Koira answers the phone, texts back, follows up and sends for you.

  • Everything in Office
  • A Koira number with the receptionist and text-back
  • Turbo: Koira sends it for you
  • Your own domain
  • Email and text campaigns
  • Referrals
  • QuickBooks

Front Office. Everything, for a shop with a crew and commercial work to win.

  • Everything in Grow
  • Commercial outreach
  • Outbound calls
  • Maintenance plans sold on your site
  • Crew routes and hours
  • Usage means texts, call minutes and emails. On Grow it is passed through at cost. On Front Office it is included.
  • Neighbor postcards are one flat price per card on every plan.
  • Card payments go to the business's own Stripe account. Stripe's processing comes out of each one (2.9% + 30¢ for a US card), and Koira keeps 2% on Office, 1% on Grow and 0.5% on Front Office.
  • No per-person fee on any plan: the same price with one person or fifteen.

The full plan table is on Koira pricing, and card fees are worked through in card fees, explained.

What Koira does

Get found

  • Contractor website: A website built from the business, with Book online and Get a price on every page.
  • Contractor SEO: A page for every town and service, listings kept matching, a finished job posted each month.
  • Instant quotes: A Get a price button on the site that answers from the owner's own price list.
  • Reviews engine: An hour after the invoice is paid, the review ask goes out with the Google link.
  • Listings management: Google and Bing listings kept in step with the site.

Win the job

  • AI receptionist: Answers the business number, and texts back callers it cannot take, in English or Spanish.
  • Booking by text: Texts the customer open times that fit the day; they reply with one and the job is booked.
  • Estimates and signing: Good, better, best from the owner's price list; the customer picks, signs and pays the deposit on one page.
  • Bid follow-ups: Nudges open estimates, then stops; shows who opened and who signed.
  • Commercial outreach: Finds the businesses that hire the trade again and again and sends a short email sequence.

Get paid

  • Invoices: The invoice built from the estimate and price list when the job is finished, and sent.
  • Pay at the door: The customer scans a QR code and pays by card or phone wallet.
  • Deposits: Signature and deposit on the same page.
  • Financing: Pay over time through Affirm or Klarna on the pay page; the contractor does not run credit.
  • QuickBooks: Invoices, payments and deposits sent to QuickBooks Online.

Bring them back

  • Neighbor postcards: After a job, a printed card with the job photo mailed to nearby homes.
  • Email and text campaigns: Texts and emails to past customers when the season turns.
  • Maintenance plans: Plans sold on the site and on invoices, billed and booked by Koira.
  • Referrals: After a paid job and a good review, a referral ask with a link to share.
  • Customer portal: One link where the customer sees the visit, signs, pays and books again.

Run your day

  • The Koira app: One short list each morning of what needs the owner.
  • Today and routes: Every stop for the owner and crew in driving order.
  • Crew: Crew clock in and out of jobs from their phones; no per-person fee.
  • Reporting: The jobs Koira touched first, what they paid and what Koira cost.
  • Text Koira: Text Koira what you want done and it does it.

What Koira does not do today

So an answer never promises them:

  • QuickBooks Desktop and Xero (Koira connects to QuickBooks Online)
  • Tap to Pay or a card reader (customers pay on their own phone from a QR code or link)
  • A Zapier app
  • Google Calendar sync
  • Job costing (profit per job from hours and expenses)
