QuoteIQ vs Jobber at a glance

QuoteIQ and Jobber both serve small trade businesses, but they bet on different things. QuoteIQ packs AI and measuring tools into every plan and meters the AI with monthly IQ Credits. Jobber keeps AI answering and marketing as priced add-ons and builds its plans around scheduling, quoting and getting paid.

If you price from measurements, like roofing, sealcoating, fencing or pressure washing, that difference matters more than any other.

Where QuoteIQ is the stronger pick

You measure before you quote. MapMeasure Pro comes in on QuoteIQ's Beginner plan ($99.99 a month, two users), and its plan table lists AI roof and pitch measurement on every plan.

You want options and financing on the cheapest plan. Estimates with options and customer financing are on Essentials. On Jobber, optional line items arrive on Grow and financing is not on the plan table.

You want AI answering included. QuoteIQ's AI Virtual Call Team is on Essentials and draws on IQ Credits. Jobber's Receptionist is a $29 a month add-on below Plus.

Where Jobber is the stronger pick

Your work is repeat routes. Jobber puts route optimization and automated reminders on Connect. QuoteIQ's route optimization starts on Elite at $299.99 a month.

You want QuickBooks on a lower plan. Jobber syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero from Connect. QuoteIQ adds QuickBooks on Pro at $199.99.

You would rather not meter AI. Jobber's plans do not use credits. And its trial needs no credit card, while QuoteIQ asks for one to start.

What a 1 to 3 person shop would pay

QuoteIQ includes a set number of users per plan and adds $25 a month for each extra person; Jobber prices by team size and adds $29 per added user. For a solo shop QuoteIQ Essentials is the cheapest published plan of the two.

Where Koira fits

Koira also measures roofs, lawns and driveways from above, on its free Office plan, and prices from your own list; the Get a price button on your site gives customers a first number. Grow ($249 a month plus usage at cost) adds the AI receptionist and text-back on a Koira number, with usage at cost rather than credits.

Koira suits a one to three person shop that wants the office side handled. It does not do payroll or inventory. See Koira vs QuoteIQ and Koira vs Jobber.

How to choose

Write down how you price a typical job. If the answer starts with a tape or a map, try QuoteIQ's measuring first. If it starts with a schedule of repeat visits, try Jobber Connect. Use the trials on a real week, not a demo account.
