What a HVAC service technician job description is for
HVAC techs get calls from every shop in town, so a vague post gets skipped. A clear description tells a tech whether the job is service, install or both, whether there is an on-call rotation, and which certifications you expect. It also screens out applicants who do not hold the refrigerant certification the job needs, which saves you interviews.
