How ServiceM8 pricing works
Free is $0 for 1 user and 30 new jobs a month, with texts at 10 cents each. Starter is $29 a month for 50 jobs, Growing $79 for 150, Premium $149 for 500 and Premium Plus $349 for 1,500 and up, with 20 cents for each added job. Every paid plan has unlimited users, free texts and 24/7 email and chat support.
Every plan includes the essentials plus AI helpers, recurring jobs, deposits, partial and progress invoices, supplier invoice importing, asset management, forms and certificates, proposals, bundles and job costing. ServiceM8 Phone is extra, from $19 a month. There is a 14 day free trial.

If your job count is steady and modest, ServiceM8 is one of the lowest priced complete tools. Check where your busiest month lands, since that sets the tier.
