- A custom quote after a call; every plan includes unlimited users.
- People: Unlimited users on every subscription.
- Card payments: Not published; its payments page gives no rate (US only).

How Buildertrend pricing works
Buildertrend sells one platform on a custom quote. The pricing page asks four questions: your builder type (home builder, remodeler, commercial or specialty contractor), your yearly construction volume in ranges from under $500K to over $31M, your revenue, and your contact details. A rep then reviews a quote with you on a call.
Every subscription includes unlimited users, the core tools, daily virtual trainings and its help center. When we checked it was offering 10% off for paying a year up front, as a limited offer.
Every Buildertrend plan
- Custom quote: Not published, quoted after a call. Unlimited users. Scheduling, daily logs, time clock, change orders, selections, CRM and proposals, client portal, bids, estimates, job costing budget, invoices and payments, takeoff, QuickBooks, Xero and Gusto.

| Buildertrend | No per-user fee; unlimited users | Not published; its payments page gives no rate (US only) | Onsite consulting and setup services, priced on request |

Card rates as each company publishes them (also Buildertrend payments), checked October 9, 2026. Koira's is Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ for a US card plus Koira's share, which pays for Office in place of a monthly fee.
What a small shop pays
Because there is no published number, there is no way to price a one or three person shop from the page. Ask the rep for the monthly price, whether it changes with your volume, how long the term is, and what onboarding costs.

Is Buildertrend worth it?
For a builder running five or more projects a year with subs and selections, one platform with unlimited users can be worth a quote. For a small remodeler who mostly needs proposals, deposits and stage billing, a tool with a published price may be simpler to try first.
Things to know
- No price is published. The page asks for your builder type and yearly volume, then a call.
