Jobber pricing, plan by plan, for a small shop

What each Jobber plan costs, what the add-ons and extra users add, and what a one, two or three person business would actually pay. Every number comes from Jobber's own pricing page.

A desk with a calculator and invoices, working out software costs

Jobber is one of the best known job management apps for home service businesses. Its pricing page is clear once you know how to read it, but the price you see first is rarely the price you pay. The headline number assumes a year paid up front, one user and no add-ons. This guide walks through each plan, the three ways to pay, the add-ons and the processing fees, and then works out what a real small shop would spend. All prices are in US dollars, from Jobber's pricing page, checked October 8, 2026. Prices change, so check that page before you sign up.

Key takeaways
  • Jobber has four plans: Core from $29, Connect from $99, Grow from $149 and Plus from $399 a month, billed annually. Month to month with no commitment costs more: $49, $139, $199 and $499.
  • Every extra user is $29 a month. The Receptionist ($29), Pipeline ($49) and Marketing Suite ($99) are paid add-ons below Plus.
  • Card payments through Jobber are 2.9% + 30¢, Tap to Pay is 2.7% + 30¢ and bank payments are 1%.
  • A solo owner on Grow with the Receptionist pays $228 a month on no commitment. A three person crew on Grow pays $257.
  • Koira's Office plan is free with 2% on card payments; Grow is $249 a month plus usage, with no per-person fee.

The four Jobber plans at a glance

Jobber sells four plans. Each one includes everything in the plan below it. The page lets you pick a team size, and the price moves with it.

Source: Jobber's pricing page, checked October 8, 2026. Plus is sold through Jobber's sales team ("Contact Sales"); the other three plans start with a free trial.

Core. Jobber describes Core as the plan "for the pro who wants to build and grow their business on one easy-to-use platform". It lists online booking and scheduling, quotes, invoices with online payments, a website, built-in reporting and its app marketplace with 100+ connected tools.

Connect. Connect adds the things that save time on repeat work: automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, checklists, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, a QuickBooks Online sync and time and expense tracking.

Grow. Grow adds quotes with photos and reviews, optional line items so customers can add upsells, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way text messaging and custom workflow automations. Jobber's 14-day free trial runs on the Grow plan.

Plus. Plus is built for larger teams. It adds unlimited photo and video storage, crew scheduling, expense automation, custom reports, and it bundles the three add-ons (Pipeline, Marketing Suite and the AI Receptionist) along with dedicated onboarding and Premium Support.

Monthly, one year or annual: the three ways to pay

The same plan has three prices, and the difference is the commitment, not the features. From Jobber's FAQ, checked October 8, 2026:

  • Monthly, no commitment. Cancel any time; the subscription ends at the end of the billing period.
  • Monthly, 1 year commitment. A 12-month minimum term, billed monthly. If you cancel during the year, you keep paying until the 12 months are up.
  • Annual, prepaid. The full year is billed at the start. If you cancel, you keep access to the end of the term, but the payment is not refunded.

All three renew automatically unless you set them not to. Jobber says annual billing saves up to 25%. On Core, that is the gap between $49 and $29 a month. On Grow, it is $199 against $149.

Which one makes senseIf you are still trying the software, start on no commitment and pay the higher price for a few months. Switching after you have paid a year up front costs you the rest of that year.

Users and team sizes

Jobber counts a user as "anyone who accesses your account at the office or in the field to view or manage the team's schedule". The page prices each plan by team size: Core is sold for 1 user, Connect and Grow for 1, 5, 10 or 15 users, and Plus for 5, 10 or 15. The note on every plan card adds: "Add users for $29/mo each." That is a separate $29 from the Receptionist add-on, which is also $29 a month. For 16 or more people, Jobber asks you to talk to sales.

No commitment price5 users10 users15 users
Connect$199/mo$299/mo$399/mo
Grow$299/mo$399/mo$499/mo
Plus$499/mo$599/mo$699/mo

Billed annually, the same bundles are $149, $229 and $299 for Connect, $229, $299 and $399 for Grow, and $399, $449 and $529 for Plus. Source: Jobber's pricing page, checked October 8, 2026.

For a shop of two or three, the bundle is not always the better deal. Grow for one user plus two extra users at $29 is $257 a month on no commitment, against $299 for the 5-user bundle. Connect for one plus two extra users is $197, against $199 for the 5-user bundle, so at three people it makes almost no difference and the bundle leaves room to grow.

Add-ons

Three add-ons are sold on top of Core, Connect and Grow. Plus includes all three.

Add-onPriceWhat Jobber says it does
AI Receptionist$29/moAnswers calls and texts, takes requests, can book jobs
Pipeline$49/moOne view of every request and quote
Marketing Suite$99/moA marketing plan and content, approved by you

From Jobber's pricing page, checked October 8, 2026. The Receptionist is described as handling calls and texts while you are busy, with you in control of what it can and cannot do, "like answering questions, taking detailed requests, or booking jobs in your calendar". The page does not list call limits or usage charges for it, so ask before you rely on it for a busy season.

Card and bank payment fees

If your customers pay through Jobber, the processing fees come out of each payment. Jobber's feature comparison on the pricing page lists these rates on every plan, checked October 8, 2026:

  • Credit card payments online: 2.9% + 30¢
  • Tap to Pay in the Jobber app: 2.7% + 30¢
  • Bank payments (ACH), US only: 1%
  • Instant payouts: an additional 1%

On a $640 repair paid by card online, 2.9% + 30¢ is $18.86. Paid by bank transfer at 1%, it is $6.40. These are the costs of being paid, separate from the monthly plan.

What a one to three person shop would actually pay

Here is the same math for three common setups, using Jobber's no commitment prices. Annual billing lowers each one, as shown.

SetupMonthly, no commitmentBilled annually
Solo, Core$49$29
Solo, Connect$139$99
Solo, Grow + Receptionist$228$178
2 people, Connect + Receptionist$197$157
3 people, Grow + Receptionist$286$236
3 people, Grow + all 3 add-ons$434$384

Our arithmetic from Jobber's listed prices: the plan price, plus $29 per extra user, plus the add-ons at their listed monthly price. Card fees are on top. We assumed add-ons cost the same on annual billing because the page lists them as a monthly price; confirm that with Jobber.

The plan you need depends on what you want the software to do without you. If you are happy to send reminders and chase invoices yourself, Core covers quoting, invoicing and online payments. The automated follow-ups and reminders start at Connect. Two-way texting and job costing start at Grow.

How that compares to Koira

Koira is priced differently, so a straight line-by-line match is not quite fair either way. Here is what Koira's pricing page says.

Koira planMonthlyKoira's share of card payments
OfficeFree2%, plus Stripe's processing
Grow$249, plus usage at cost1%, plus Stripe's processing
Front Office$499, usage included0.5%, plus Stripe's processing

A few differences matter for a small shop:

  • No per-person fee. Koira costs the same with one person or fifteen. On Jobber, each extra user is $29 a month.
  • Month to month only. No contract on any Koira plan. Jobber offers a no commitment option too, at its higher monthly price.
  • A free plan. Office includes a website that books jobs, estimates with signing and deposits, invoices and card payments, a customer portal, instant quotes and measuring, review asks and Google and Bing listings. The trade-off is Koira's 2% on each card payment, on top of Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ for a US card.
  • The phone is on Grow. The AI receptionist and text-back on a Koira number, booking by text, Turbo, your own domain, campaigns and referrals are on Grow. Usage (texts, call minutes and emails) is passed through at cost.
Where Jobber costs lessIf you take most of your money by card and only need quoting and invoicing, Jobber Core can cost less than Koira's free Office plan. Koira's 2% on $2,450 a month of card payments is $49, the same as Core on no commitment. Above that, Core's flat fee is cheaper on paper. Do the math with your own card volume.

Where Koira tries to earn its price is the work it does without you. On Grow, Koira answers on your number and texts back a missed call in about a minute with three open times, nudges open bids on day two and day four, sends the invoice when you tap done, asks for the review an hour after payment, and can mail postcards to the neighbors after a job. Every plan shows what Koira brought in, counted in dollars from jobs it touched first, next to what Koira cost. If that number does not beat the bill, you should not keep paying it.

How to choose

  1. Write down how many people need to log in. On Jobber, multiply the extras by $29.
  2. List the jobs you want off your plate: reminders, follow-ups, answering the phone, marketing. Find the cheapest plan that does them.
  3. Add your monthly card volume and work out the fees each way.
  4. Start on no commitment until you are sure, whichever software you pick.
