How Handoff pricing works
Flex is $119 a month billed yearly, or $149 without the yearly saving, with a 7 day free trial: 2 users, 50 AI credits a month, one pricing catalog, AI proposals and voice to estimate. Pro is $239 billed yearly, or $299, on a 12 month commitment: 5 users, unlimited AI credits and catalogs, client financing through Acorn Finance, AI site walkthroughs, project management and time tracking. Scale is $719 billed yearly, or $899, on a 12 month commitment: AI takeoffs from residential plans up to 7,000 sq ft, up to 5 estimate options, a subcontractor portal and API access.
Credit card fees are passed to your client: 3.35% on Flex and 2.85% on Pro and Scale, paid out in 3 business days on Flex and 1 on the others. ACH is 1% with a $10 cap, also paid by the client.

Is Handoff worth it?
If writing estimates is what keeps you up at night, AI estimating can pay for itself. Check whether your customers will accept paying the card fee, since Handoff passes it to them.
