Why contractors look past Service Fusion
Service Fusion prices by plan, not by person: Starter $245 a month, Plus $382 and Pro $627, or 15% less billed yearly as one payment, all with unlimited users and no contract. Starter already includes estimates with options, scheduling and dispatch, payments and QuickBooks.
For a shop with several techs, unlimited users at a flat price is a good deal. For a one or two person shop, $245 a month is a high starting point, and e-sign, the customer portal and progress billing are on Pro or sold as add-ons.

What Service Fusion does well
- Every plan has unlimited users, and the page says the price is the same however many techs or office staff you have.
- Starter includes estimates with options, scheduling and dispatch, payments and QuickBooks.
- Inventory, job costing and integrated voice and text come in on Plus.
- It lists more than twenty industries, from HVAC and plumbing to pools, septic and painting.

Where Koira fits for Service Fusion users
Koira also charges nothing per person, and Office is free: online booking, an instant price from your list, up to three options on one estimate, signing and the deposit together, staged invoices, a customer page and a QR code at the door.
Grow, $249 a month plus usage at cost, adds the AI receptionist, text-back on a Koira number, bid follow-ups and QuickBooks Online sync. Front Office, $499 flat, adds maintenance plans and crew routes and hours.

When to stay with Service Fusion
Service Fusion is the stronger pick if you need inventory, job costing, an open API and GPS fleet tracking for a growing fleet. Koira does not do inventory or job costing.
Whichever you try, put one real week of jobs through it before you switch. Koira's Office plan is free, so you can run it next to Service Fusion while you decide.
