Why contractors look past FieldPulse
FieldPulse's core platform covers scheduling and dispatch, work orders, estimates and invoices, a customer portal, a booking portal, maintenance agreements, inventory and asset management. Pricing is seat-based: full seats for the office and lighter field seats for techs, quoted in one call.
The parts that answer the phone and sell are premium products: Engage for calls and texts, Operator AI, Chat AI, Pricebook, Payments, Financing, Fleet Tracking and Custom Forms. With no price on the page, a small shop has to book a call to learn what it costs.

What FieldPulse does well
- Maintenance agreements, a booking portal, a customer portal and inventory are part of the core platform.
- Field seats for techs are lighter than office seats, so a crew is not priced like an office.
- It lists HVAC, electrical, plumbing, garage door, locksmith, appliance repair and septic as industries.

Where Koira fits for FieldPulse users
Koira publishes its price: Office is free, Grow is $249 a month plus usage at cost, and Front Office is $499 flat, with no per-person fee on any plan. Office already includes online booking, an instant price from your list, estimates with up to three options, the customer page and a QR code to get paid at the door.
Grow adds the AI receptionist and text-back on a Koira number and syncs with QuickBooks Online. Front Office adds maintenance plans sold on your site and billed on the card on file, plus crew routes and hours.

Every plan in the same columns: price, people, usage, card rates and add-ons. Koira has no per-person fee on any plan, and Office costs nothing a month.

When to stay with FieldPulse
FieldPulse is the better fit if you need inventory, asset management, custom forms and a dispatch office managing many techs. Koira does not do inventory or a dispatch board for a call center.
Whichever you try, put one real week of jobs through it before you switch. Koira's Office plan is free, so you can run it next to FieldPulse while you decide.
