How FieldPulse pricing works
FieldPulse is priced by seat. Office staff get full-access seats and techs get lighter field seats, and the page offers a custom quote in one conversation after a short form about your industry and team size.
The core platform covers scheduling and dispatch, work orders, job management, estimates and invoices, project management, dashboards, custom workflows, inventory, asset management, customer communication, a customer portal, a booking portal and maintenance agreements. Premium products are optional: Engage (a phone system priced by line and license), Operator AI, Chat AI, Pricebook, FieldPulse Payments, FieldPulse Financing, Fleet Tracking and Custom Forms.

What a small shop pays
There is no published number for a one or three person shop. On the call, ask the price of an office seat and a field seat, which premium products you would need to answer calls and take card payments, and the term.

Is FieldPulse worth it?
For a shop with an office and several techs that needs inventory and agreements, a seat-based quote can fit. A solo tech should compare the quote with tools that publish a price and charge nothing per person.
