How JobNimbus pricing works
Essentials covers up to 3 users with 3 boards and 10 automations a month. Pro covers up to 10 users with 5 boards and 30 automations, and up to 2 locations. Premium covers up to 19 users with unlimited boards, 100 automations a month, up to 5 locations and a technical account manager. Enterprise starts at 20 users.
Every plan includes unlimited contacts, reports, estimates, invoices, payments, financing, suppliers, QuickBooks and the mobile app. Its FAQ describes an account-based price for the CRM plus role-based pricing for admin, sales and field members. The Marketing and Communications bundles and Professional Services are add-ons. Agreements are monthly or yearly, with no required setup fee.

With no published price, the page cannot tell you what three users cost. Ask for the account price, the price per role, the term, and which bundle you would need for texting.
Card fees are published on its payments page: 3.2% + 29¢ per card, $0.05 per refund or void, ACH at 1% capped at $50, and $15 per chargeback.

Is JobNimbus worth it?
For a roofing or exteriors company with salespeople, a pipeline built for that work is worth a call. For a one or two person roofer, compare the quoted price with a tool that publishes its price and has no per-person fee.
