How Service Autopilot pricing works
All prices are yearly subscription rates. Startup, $49 a month plus a sign-up fee, includes scheduling and dispatch, invoicing and integrated payments, expense tracking and customer and lead management, with one business user and one mobile license. Pro, $199 plus a sign-up fee, adds multi-day jobs, route optimization, a dispatch calendar, job costing, asset and employee tracking and custom reports, with two mobile licenses. Pro Plus, $499 plus a sign-up fee, adds automations, marketplace access and training, with five mobile licenses. Elite is priced on request, with two business users and eight mobile licenses.
Add-ons with a call for pricing: two-way texting, QuickBooks Online two-way sync, the client portal, Smart Maps, email integration, FleetSharp GPS and the Accelerate program. You can upgrade any time and downgrade at the end of the contract.

A one-person lawn business on Startup: $49 a month on a yearly term, $588 a year, plus the sign-up fee. With route optimization on Pro: $199 a month, $2,388 a year, plus the sign-up fee. The sign-up fee amount is not on the page.

Is Service Autopilot worth it?
If you run several crews on routes and need automations, Pro Plus is built for that. A smaller operator should price the add-ons for texting and QuickBooks before comparing totals.
