How Roofr pricing works
Starter is free with unlimited users: $19 measurement reports in 24 hours or less, one job board, 10 trial proposals, invoices and work orders, 5 automated actions and material ordering. Measure+ is a measurement subscription at $109 to $169 a month billed yearly for $13 reports in 6 or 2 hours. Essentials, $249 a month or $209 yearly, includes $13 reports in 2 hours or less, unlimited proposals, invoices and work orders, card and ACH payments and unlimited e-signatures. Scale, $349 or $299 yearly, adds seven job boards, crew management, 25 or more automated actions, job costs and QuickBooks.
Add-ons, each 15% less billed yearly: Instant Estimator $149 a month, AI Receptionist $99, Roofr Sites (beta) $99. SMS is $49 a month billed yearly. A report with an ESX file is $23 on paid plans.

What a small shop pays
Essentials with 20 reports a month: $249 plus 20 at $13, so $509 a month on monthly billing. Add the Instant Estimator and the AI Receptionist and it is $757 a month. Scale with the same reports and add-ons: $857 a month.
Roofr Payments are 2.8% + 30¢ for Visa, Mastercard and Discover, 3.25% + 30¢ for Amex and 0.5% for ACH, capped at $40.

Is Roofr worth it?
Reports at $13 are good value if you order many. Count the add-ons you would actually turn on; they are where the monthly total grows.
