What this report covers
Siding is a rain screen; the water barrier and flashing behind it keep the house dry. Kick-out flashing where a roof meets a wall is a detail that often gets missed. Follow the siding maker's installation instructions, which also set the warranty.
How to use it
For each item, mark it OK, Needs attention or Not inspected, and add a short note where it helps. "Not inspected" with a reason protects you better than a blank line. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it to the customer with your photos.
