What this report covers
Exterior paint is seen from the street, but the owner will walk close. Check every side, the high trim from a ladder, and the glass and fixtures for overspray. In homes built before 1978, the EPA's RRP rule can apply to exterior prep too, including cleanup.
How to use it
For each item, mark it OK, Needs attention or Not inspected, and add a short note where it helps. "Not inspected" with a reason protects you better than a blank line. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it to the customer with your photos.
With Koira: Customer portal
