What this report covers
Walk the room in daylight and at night with the lights on; flashing and roller marks show differently. Leave touch-up paint labeled with the room, color and sheen, and write the colors down. It is the detail owners remember.
How to use it
For each item, mark it OK, Needs attention or Not inspected, and add a short note where it helps. "Not inspected" with a reason protects you better than a blank line. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it to the customer with your photos.
