What this report covers
A new home walkthrough is long, so walk it in the same order every time: outside, then room by room, then systems. Show the owner where every shut-off is. Agree the punch list in writing, with dates.
How to use it
For each item, mark it OK, Needs attention or Not inspected, and add a short note where it helps. "Not inspected" with a reason protects you better than a blank line. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it to the customer with your photos.
