What this report covers
Decks fail at the ledger and the railings, so those get checked first. Your local code and inspector set the railing heights, baluster spacing and stair rules; this list makes sure you walk each one before the final.
How to use it
For each item, mark it OK, Needs attention or Not inspected, and add a short note where it helps. "Not inspected" with a reason protects you better than a blank line. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it to the customer with your photos.
