What this report covers
The floor maker's installation instructions decide the warranty: expansion gaps, moisture limits and acclimation. Leave a box of extra flooring for future repairs if the owner wants it, and the care instructions for the product.
How to use it
For each item, mark it OK, Needs attention or Not inspected, and add a short note where it helps. "Not inspected" with a reason protects you better than a blank line. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it to the customer with your photos.
