What this checklist covers
OSHA's construction training is organized around the Focus Four hazards: falls, caught-in or -between, struck-by and electrocution. This daily checklist is grouped the same way, so a short site walk covers each.
OSHA's fall protection page says fall protection is required at six feet in the construction industry. Its silica standard for construction lets employers use the dust controls in Table 1 or measure exposure, and requires a written exposure control plan. Before any digging, 811 says to contact it so buried utilities are marked. This checklist does not replace OSHA's standards for your work or a competent person's judgment on site.
How to use it
Tick each item as you go. The sheet saves in this browser, so you can close the page and come back. Print a blank copy for the truck, or fill it in on your phone and print or save it as a PDF for the customer at the end.
With Koira: Crew
