How much does a home inspection cost

Inspectors price by home size because size drives hours on site and on the report. Fixr publishes a table by size, which the calculator reads, filling in between rows for sizes in between. Above 2,200 square feet it uses Fixr's $0.18 to $0.25 a square foot.
