What this report covers
A roof is judged from the ground by the customer and from the roof by the next roofer. The details that leak are flashing, boots and valleys; the details customers notice are nails in the driveway. Check both before the last truck leaves.
How to use it
For each item, mark it OK, Needs attention or Not inspected, and add a short note where it helps. "Not inspected" with a reason protects you better than a blank line. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it to the customer with your photos.
