What this report covers

A move-in report with photos, signed by both sides, is what makes a move-out inspection fair. Property managers who send work to trades want contractors who can fill one in fast and accurately, and it is a natural add-on for handymen and cleaners who serve rentals.

How to use it

For each item, mark it OK, Needs attention or Not inspected, and add a short note where it helps. "Not inspected" with a reason protects you better than a blank line. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it to the customer with your photos.

With Koira: Invoices on the spot

Tap done and Koira sends the invoice with a pay link, and the customer can pay at the door by card or phone wallet. The photos and notes stay on the job for next time.
