What grease duct means
The grease duct is the sealed duct from a kitchen hood to the rooftop exhaust fan that carries grease laden air out of the building.
Where it matters on a hood cleaning job
Grease builds up in duct runs the customer never sees, and it is the fire risk. Access panels make proper cleaning possible; note where you could not reach in your report.
