What baffle filter means
Baffle filters are the metal filters in a kitchen hood that make grease laden air change direction so grease drops out before the duct.
Also called hood filter.
Where it matters on a hood cleaning job
Clogged filters let grease into the duct and slow the fan. Filter exchange or cleaning between full hood cleanings is a good recurring add on for restaurants, priced per filter per visit.
