What recurring service means
Recurring service is work done on a regular schedule, weekly, every other week or monthly, at a set price per visit.
Also called recurring visit, route service.
Where it matters on a cleaning job
Recurring customers are the steadiest revenue a small service shop has. Automatic reminders and on my way texts keep them, and a set day keeps the route tight.
What it costs
Jobs that involve recurring service are priced in the house cleaning cost guide: about $200 typical, usually $130 to $240. The guide shows its sources and what moves the price. The house cleaning cost calculator prices a job line by line.
