What Hearth is

Hearth is a customer financing provider. It is built for residential contractors: roofers, HVAC, plumbers, remodelers, fence builders and more.

  • Hearth is a sales app for home improvement contractors with a financing marketplace of 18 or more lenders and $0 dealer fees.
  • Homeowners apply for their own home improvement personal loans, so contractors are not subject to underwriting or revenue requirements.
  • It is sold as a subscription in three tiers: Hearth Pro, Pro + Harper with an AI assistant, and Enterprise.
  • The subscription also includes quotes with monthly payments, contracts, invoices and digital payments.
  • Hearth does not make loans or credit decisions; rates, terms and fees come from its lending partners.

How it works for a contractor

You subscribe to Hearth after a demo. Quotes you send through Hearth show a monthly payment, and the homeowner prequalifies and compares offers from its lenders.

Because the loan is the homeowner's own personal loan, there is no dealer fee on each job; the cost to you is the subscription.

From Hearth pricing and Stripe pricing for buy now, pay later, each read on its own site on October 9, 2026. "Not published" means the provider does not list it on its public pages, so ask. Rates and terms change and depend on the customer's credit.

Who Hearth fits

  • Contractors who want a sales app with financing built into every quote
  • Shops that would rather pay a flat subscription than a fee per financed job
  • Teams that want an AI assistant for leads, on the Pro + Harper tier

What to ask before you sign up

  • Subscription prices are not published; ask on the demo
  • It replaces part of your estimating and invoicing, so check how it fits the software you already use
  • Rates depend on the homeowner's credit and the lender

Financing on Koira's pay page

Koira's pay page offers Affirm or Klarna on invoices from $50 to $30,000, on every plan. The customer chooses to pay over time on the same page where they would pay by card, applies on their own phone, and the lender decides approval and terms. You never run credit or fill in a lender form.

What you pay is Stripe's published rate for the method the customer picks, Affirm 6% + 30¢ or Klarna 5.99% + 30¢, plus Koira's share of 2% on Office, 1% on Grow or 0.5% on Front Office. For jobs above $30,000, or if you want a dedicated home improvement lender, a provider like Hearth can sit next to it.

Not financial adviceLenders set rates, terms and approval. Read each provider's agreement before you offer it, and let the lender give the customer their disclosures.
