What this report covers
Bathrooms are judged up close: grout lines, caulk joints and a toilet that rocks. Run every fixture with the owner watching, and leave care instructions for the grout and the finishes.
How to use it
For each item, mark it OK, Needs attention or Not inspected, and add a short note where it helps. "Not inspected" with a reason protects you better than a blank line. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it to the customer with your photos.
