What this checklist covers
A spring cleanup is the first impression of the season and the best moment to sell the rest of it. The lawn is bare enough to see every problem, and the customer is thinking about the yard.
Price the haul away and dump fees into the job, and agree up front whether debris is bagged and left or hauled.
