When to send a new lead call script
Use the script for every new caller, until it is habit. The goal of the first call is not to price the job; it is to book the visit or the next step. Answer by the third ring if you can. If you cannot pick up, a text back within minutes keeps the caller from dialing the next contractor on the list.
How to make it yours
- Get the address early. It tells you if the job is in your area before you spend ten minutes on it.
- Offer two times, not "when works for you". A choice gets a yes.
- Repeat the booking back with day, time and address.
- Write it down as you go, or type it straight into the job.
Send it automatically: AI receptionist
Koira answers on your number and, when you cannot pick up, texts the caller back in about a minute with three open times. It works from a fixed playbook: greet, ask what they need, offer times, book. The visit lands on your day with the address and the problem, and only a price, a complaint or an emergency comes to you. The receptionist is on the Grow plan.
Koira's free Office plan includes estimates, invoices and card payments. See pricing for what each plan sends for you.
