Search for ServiceTitan's price and you will find a lot of numbers, most of them from someone other than ServiceTitan. That is because ServiceTitan does not put prices on its site. This page sticks to what can be checked. First, what ServiceTitan's own pricing page says, checked October 8, 2026. Then what third-party pages estimate, named, with the caveat that ServiceTitan has not confirmed them. Then the questions to ask on a sales call, and how that lines up with Koira's published prices for a small shop.
- ServiceTitan sells three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, priced per technician. Its pricing page shows no dollar amounts; you request a quote (checked October 8, 2026).
- Add-ons are sold as Pro products: Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Pricebook Pro, Fleet Pro, Scheduling Pro, Dispatch Pro, Field Pro and an AI Virtual Agent.
- Third-party pages estimate roughly $245 to $500 per technician per month plus onboarding fees, but ServiceTitan has not confirmed those numbers.
- For a shop of one to three people, ask for the per-technician price, onboarding fee, contract length and add-on prices in writing before you compare.
- Koira publishes its prices: Office free, Grow $249 a month plus usage, Front Office $499 flat, with no per-person fee.
What ServiceTitan's pricing page shows
The pricing page at servicetitan.com/pricing lists three packages. All three are priced per technician, and each one has a "Request Pricing" button instead of a price. The page says its "per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size."
| Package | What the page lists | Price shown |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, pricebook | On request |
| Essentials | Starter, plus mobile estimates and payroll management | On request |
| The Works | Essentials, plus configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking, customizable memberships | On request |
Source: servicetitan.com/pricing, checked October 8, 2026. Under Starter and Essentials, the features of the higher packages appear in a separate list. If you want one of them, such as customizable memberships, ask whether it can be added and what it costs.
The Pro add-ons
Below the packages, the pricing page lists add-on products, each sold separately: Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Pricebook Pro, Fleet Pro, Scheduling Pro, Dispatch Pro, Field Pro (formerly Sales Pro) and an AI Virtual Agent. It also mentions Titan Intelligence, its AI features. None of these showed a price on the page when we checked.
That matters for a small shop, because some of the things a one-truck owner wants most, like answering calls when nobody can, sit in these add-ons rather than in the base package. When you ask for a quote, ask for each add-on you might use as its own line.
What third-party pages estimate
Because there is no public price, several software review and comparison sites publish estimates. Two we opened on October 8, 2026:
- ITQlick's ServiceTitan pricing page says license costs run from $250 to $500 or more per technician, and lists Starter at $245 to $300 per technician per month, Essentials at $300 to $400 and The Works at $400 to $500, with onboarding at $5,000 to $15,000. It also notes that ServiceTitan's pricing is not publicly available and requires a sales demo to get a quote.
- QuoteIQ's ServiceTitan pricing page gives a main range of $245 to $398 per technician per month and implementation fees of $5,000 to $50,000, citing user reports on TrustRadius, ITQlick, Reddit, G2 and Capterra.
What that could mean for a 1 to 3 person shop
If you take the third-party ranges at face value, a per-technician price of $245 to $500 a month works out like this. These are illustrations of the estimates above, not ServiceTitan prices.
| Technicians | Per month, low | Per month, high |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $245 | $500 |
| 2 | $490 | $1,000 |
| 3 | $735 | $1,500 |
Worked from the ITQlick range ($245 to $500 per technician per month), checked October 8, 2026, before any onboarding fee or add-ons.
Add an onboarding fee if your quote has one, spread over the months you expect to use the software. Then add the Pro products you would need. That total is what to compare against anything else.
The questions to ask on the sales call
A per-technician quote can be hard to compare. These questions put it on one page:
- What is the price per technician per month for each package? And who counts as a technician: only people in the field, or office staff too?
- Is there an onboarding or implementation fee? How much, and what does it cover?
- How long is the contract? What happens at renewal, and can the price change?
- Which Pro products would I need for call answering, marketing and scheduling, and what does each cost per month?
- What are the card processing rates for invoices and payments in the field?
- Can I add or remove a technician mid-contract, and what does that cost?
Ask for the answers in writing. Then add up twelve months, including the onboarding fee and the add-ons.
Costs that are not on any quote
Whichever software you pick, some of the cost never shows up as a line item. Budget for these too:
- Your setup time. Loading your price book, customers and service area takes hours, whether you or the vendor does it. Ask who does what during onboarding.
- Training. Every person who uses the app has to learn it. A tool with more screens takes longer to learn.
- Card fees. On a year of card payments, a difference of half a percent can cost more than the subscription.
- Lock-in. If the contract runs a year or more, the cost of changing your mind is the rest of the contract.
None of these make a tool good or bad. They make the true yearly cost larger than the monthly number, so put them in the comparison.
Who ServiceTitan is priced for
ServiceTitan calls itself "the #1 software for commercial and residential trades." Its homepage lists a long run of trades, from HVAC, plumbing and electrical to fire and life safety, refrigeration, garage doors and septic, plus solutions for franchises and private equity backed groups. Its pricing page says it is trusted by over 100,000 contractors.
The packages are built around a shop with dispatchers, call booking, payroll, commissions and memberships. That is a lot of tool for a business that is one owner and a phone, and a lot of value for a business with a call center and a dozen trucks.
How Koira's prices compare
Koira publishes its prices, and they do not change with the number of people.
| Koira plan | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Office | Free | A site that books jobs, estimates, invoices and your day |
| Grow | $249/mo plus usage at cost | Koira answers the phone, texts back, follows up and sends for you |
| Front Office | $499/mo, usage included | A crew and commercial work to win |
There is no per-person fee and no contract, and setup is done for you: Koira builds your site, price list and listings from your business. Card payments go to your own Stripe account. Stripe's processing (2.9% plus 30¢ for a US card) comes out of each one, and Koira keeps 2% on Office, 1% on Grow and 0.5% on Front Office. Full details on Koira's pricing page.
For a three person shop that wants calls answered, Koira Grow is $249 a month plus usage at cost, the same as for a solo owner. The AI receptionist answers on your number and texts back missed calls with three open times. Estimates go out with three options and are followed up on day two and day four. On Front Office, crew routes and hours and maintenance plans sold on your site are included.
How to decide
If you run a larger shop with a dispatcher, a call center and a payroll that needs commissions, ServiceTitan's packages are built for that, and getting a quote is worth the time. If you are one to three people and the work you need help with is answering the phone, following up bids and getting paid, compare Koira's published price against your written ServiceTitan quote for a full year. Is ServiceTitan priced per user or per technician?
Per technician, according to its pricing page. Ask on the sales call who counts as a technician and whether office users cost extra.
Does ServiceTitan charge an onboarding fee?
Its pricing page does not say. Third-party pages report onboarding or implementation fees, for example $5,000 to $15,000 on ITQlick and $5,000 to $50,000 on QuoteIQ. Ask for the fee in writing.
What are ServiceTitan's three packages?
Starter (dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, pricebook), Essentials (adds mobile estimates and payroll management) and The Works (adds configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships).
