What radon test means
A radon test measures the level of radon, a radioactive gas from the ground, in a home's lowest lived in level with a short or long term test device.
Also called radon, radon mitigation.
Where it matters on a home inspection job
Radon testing is a common inspection add on, and high results lead to mitigation systems. Follow the test protocol closely; closed house conditions and placement change the result.
