What light clip means
A light clip is a plastic clip that holds a holiday light socket to a gutter, shingle edge or ridge without nails or staples.
Also called all-in-one clip, shingle tab clip.
Where it matters on a holiday lighting job
Clips protect the customer's roof and make takedown fast. Use the right clip for the surface, and never staple through shingles; a leak call in January is not worth the time saved.
