What janitorial service means
Janitorial service is recurring cleaning of offices and commercial buildings, usually after hours, under a monthly contract.
Where it matters on a commercial cleaning job
Bids are built from cleanable square feet, frequency and tasks. A clear task list by area and frequency prevents most complaints and is the basis for the price.
