What this checklist covers
The framing inspection is the one every other trade waits on. Missed connector nails and fire blocking are among the things that get written up most often, and both are quick to fix before the inspector arrives.
Blocking for cabinets, grab bars and wall-mounted TVs costs almost nothing now and saves the owner a hunt for studs later.
