What schedule of values means
A schedule of values breaks a contract price into line items, each with a dollar value, that progress billing is measured against.
Also called SOV.
Where it shows up in your business
Commercial clients require one with each pay application. Front loading the early lines is common and is noticed; a fair schedule gets approved faster.
