What this checklist covers
Gutter cleaning is ladder work, and OSHA's fall protection guidance applies to anyone working at height for a business. Set the ladder up right before anything else.
The checks after cleaning are where the extra work comes from: loose hangers, leaking seams and short downspouts are quick fixes most customers will pay for while you are there.
How to use it
Tick each item as you go. The sheet saves in this browser, so you can close the page and come back. Print a blank copy for the truck, or fill it in on your phone and print or save it as a PDF for the customer at the end.
With Koira: Maintenance plans
Sell spring and fall gutter cleanings as a plan on your site and on every invoice. On Koira's Front Office plan, Koira bills the plan, books each visit when it comes due and puts it on your day.
